1 pound fresh green beans, tips removed
2 large Portobello mushroom caps, wiped clean and thinly sliced
1/4 cup Newman's Own® Lighten Up Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup fresh finely grated parmesan cheese
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Place green beans and 1/2 cup water in covered microwaveable container and microwave for 5 minutes.
- While green beans cook, sauté mushrooms in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
- Drain green beans and place in skillet with mushrooms. Add 1/4 cup salad dressing, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
