½ cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 pound scallops
1 tsp soy sauce
2-4 Tbsp Newman's Own® Light Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing
Salt and pepper
- Place scallops, soy sauce, and salad dressing in bowl and mix well. Place in glass baking dish and add salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Place baking dish in preheated oven about 4-6 inches from heat source and broil until lightly browned (about 5-7 minutes, depending on whether you use small bay scallops or larger sea scallops).
- Remove from oven and serve with brown rice.
