Banana Bana Tilapia

4 fillets of tilapia
1 large banana leaf, cut in 4 pieces
1 cup Newman's Own® Cabernet Marinara Sauce
1 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil


  • Marinate tilapia in 3/4 cup pasta sauce for 30 minutes.

  • Wrap in banana leaves by placing fish in the center with more sauce, fold each side over like an envelope and use a toothpick to hold. Spread olive oil on all sides of the leaf.

  • Place the banana leaves stuffed with fish on the grill and cook for twenty minutes. Plate and serve.
